Once your order is received, there
is a 14 - 28 business day processing time before your order is shipped. The corsets we offer are
constructed by the designers as they're ordered, and are not massed produced.
These beautiful hand made corsets are individually crafted to the highest
standards by highly skilled corsetieres. If you need it fast, check our
in-stock selection for our
best selling styles. Once shipped, please allow 7-28 business days in transit
time to receive your package. Most orders shipped via U.S. Airmail will
arrive in the destination country within 7 days after being shipped, but please
allow up to 28 days due to the unpredictability of international mail and
Customs delays. Most orders shipped via Express Mail will arrive within 3 days
of being shipped, but as with Airmail shipping, the postal service does not
guarantee on-time delivery.
*NOTE
ON CORSET AVAILABILITY: Standard processing time is
typically 3-6 weeks on standard pattern styles that begin with
"A" and "VO". Please keep in mind that certain styles may take
longer due to the designer's production schedule and season. Custom styles and made-to-measure
corsets beginning with "E", "P" or "V" typically have a 6-8 week processing time
frame, from the date measurements are confirmed. However, some custom and
made-to-measure styles may take longer depending on the designer's production
schedule and season. Any request to alter a standard style is considered a
custom order and the 6-8 week delivery
time frame would apply. Custom styles and made-to-measure corsets may not be exchanged or returned.

Note:
Industry standard practices are followed. Your credit card is not charged until
the day we ship your order. However, the payment total and billing address are
verified as soon as your order is received. *Exception: Custom orders or
corsets which are "made to order" (not in stock), require payment up
front and are billed upon receipt of order.
International
Bank Checks
We accept certified international bank checks, made out to Serenity
designs, drawn on U.S. banks in U.S. dollars.
International Money Orders
We accept International Money Orders drawn
on foreign banks and postal services in U.S. dollars, made out to Serenity
designs.

You can estimate the merchandise

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and we only accept payment in U.S.
dollars. If you use a non-U.S. credit card, your bank will
automatically convert to your home currency based on today's exchange rates. Banks
may also charge a currency conversion fee for this service, and your final price
may be affected by this. Please check with your bank to see what their policy
is.

In an effort to prevent online
fraud, we utilize methods in addition to verifying billing addresses, to guard against
the fraudulent and criminal use of credit cards. Please be aware that when an
order is placed, web browsers transmit a unique internet address which is used
by law enforcement officials to identify you.
The credit card AVS system is not capable of verifying international addresses.
Therefore, in order to process international orders, additional verification is
necessary to verify the cardholder's identity. We may request that you fill out
our "Shipping
Authorization" form. This information will be kept
strictly confidential and is only used to help us verify the authenticity of the
credit card and cardholder. We appreciate your cooperation
in this process.
We are committed to protecting consumers from the fraudulent use of their
personal information. Those who attempt to fraudulently use credit cards will be prosecuted and reported to the appropriate bank, internet service provider and state and local authorities.
By placing an order with our company, the customer has read and agrees to all
