To order by credit
card or virtual check via our secured server, simply click on the "Add to Shopping Bag"
icon (shown above) to select a desired item. To add additional items, click on
"Continue Shopping" from the Shopping Cart Page. If you need to delete
an item from your shopping cart, change the "quantity" of the item to
zero from the shopping cart page. When you are done shopping, Click on
"View Shopping Bag" on the left side or bottom of any page. You
will be transported to the Shopping Cart page where you can select the "Pay
by Credit Card" or "Pay by Check" option. You will then fill in all
shipping and billing information as requested. Please make sure to include a valid e-mail
address in the e-mail field, in order for the transaction to complete.
Once you "Finalize" your order, your order will be submitted to
us for processing.

Order via Fax
If you would prefer not to submit your order online, you are welcome to
print out our
order form and fax your order to us at #270.209.1714 . Please make sure to provide
the following information.
1) Item numbers,
description, color, size, price
2) Your Name, Address, Phone Number, valid E-mail
3) Credit card, Credit card number, Expiration date
4) Provide the name and address exactly as it is on file with your credit
card company
5) The name and address of where you would like your package shipped. Please
note: We cannot ship to alternate shipping addresses unless also listed on
file with your credit card company or with
written
authorization from the cardholder.
6) Provide any Special Instructions

Credit Cards
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and debit cards which
carry the Visa or MasterCard logo.

Industry standard practices are followed. Payment total and billing address are
verified as soon as your order is received. In stock corsets are billed at time
of Shipment. All orders not in stock are made-to-order by the designer,
and are billed at "point of sale".
Personal Checks
Personal checks via postal mail must be made out to Serenity designs and have your name, address and telephone number pre-printed on them.
*When payment is made via personal check via mail, the check must clear before your
merchandise is shipped, approximately 7-10 business days. Returned checks are
subject to a service charge of $25, or the maximum allowed by state law.
Bank Checks
We accept certified international bank checks, made out to Serenity
designs, drawn on U.S. banks in U.S. dollars.
Money Orders
We accept all U.S. Money Orders. We also accept International Money Orders drawn
on foreign banks and postal services in U.S. dollars, made out to Serenity
designs.

If you would like to pay for your
corset in monthly or weekly installments, please feel free to submit a "Layaway
Request". We would be happy to provide an easy payment plan to meet
with any customer's needs.

Once your order has been submitted
(whether by online, fax, or mail), you will receive a detailed Order
Confirmation via E-mail to let you know your order is being processed. This
confirmation will include your order number, requested item(s), and payment
total. If you do not receive an Order Confirmation via E-mail, please

MISSES, MEN & TRANSGENDER
Corsets are sold in Waist
sizes, in 2 inch increments from 18 inches - 40 inches depending on the style. Larger plus sizes are available from styles beginning with product code "VO".
Authentic
Corsets are designed to be ordered 2-4 inches under your natural waist measurement.
For example, if the measurement around the narrowest part of your relaxed
waist is 30", you would typically order your corset in size 26",
depending on your needs. It is recommended that you order 4 inches
smaller than your natural waist measurement. If one trains down to the point that the
corset no longer fits snug, a new corset should be ordered with a reduction of
2 inches from the current laced waist.
PLUS SIZE, MEN &
TRANSGENDER
For those customers with waists of
34 inches or more, it is recommended to order 4-6 inches under the natural waist measurement. Therefore, a plus size women who has a natural relaxed waist size of 40 inches
would typically need a corset in size 34" depending on the desired effect. It is recommended that you order 6 inches
smaller than your natural waist measurement.
Sizing Note: It is helpful to provide us with your bust, waist, and
hip measurements, in the "special
instructions" section of the order form during checkout. This will
ensure that you are getting a properly sized corset and will prevent the expense
and inconvenience of a return-exchange in the future. Please
submit your additional measurements in inches or centimeters. This is especially important if your
bust, waist, and hips are not in proportion to one another, or if
you need assistance with
affirming that you are ordering the correct size.
To take your measurements in inches or centimeters, measure around the fullest part of
your bust, the narrowest part of your waist (directly under your
rib cage) and around the top of your hip
bones. You may also provide your under the bust
measurement and your bra cup size. Make sure not
to pull the measuring tape too tightly, and always measure 2 or 3 times for
accuracy.

style specifications, please

us for a quote. Note: Custom orders require full payment up front.
Exchanges and store credits cannot be issued on merchandise that has been made to customer specifications. Additionally,
we cannot be held responsible for inaccurate measurements submitted by the
customer. Therefore, please measure carefully.

request "Upgraded Gift Wrap" in the special instructions section of the
order form. We will add $7.99 to your order for this service, which includes a
pretty gift box with tissue, wrapping paper, and bow. No invoice will be
included in the package to your gift recipient.

If you need to Cancel or make a Change
to your order, please notify us within 24 hours of
placing the order. We will be happy to accommodate a change or cancellation
within that time frame. Any cancellations after 24 hrs. will incur a 20%
restocking fee. Custom items and made-to-measure corsets cannot be cancelled
after 24 hrs.
